Pros

- Good place to use as transit company - should be easier to find a job after Infobip. - Very easy to get in - low on skill / low cost employees are the preferred choice for sales. - You can travel the world and relocate to your preference. - Good place to learn about mobile industry if you want to. - Easy to get a fancy job title without having any competence for it or working your way thru to it.

Cons

- Double, triple, quadruple standards and rules for same level employees are the most frustrating fact, and it entirely depends on your personal relationship with the owners or management members, instead of your skills or achieved results. - Blurred or not existing career path. - Low salary and vague bonus system. - Internal stealing of clients and commissions, putting you back on step one after many efforts invested. - Market approach globally is lacking real use case helping to build up new traffic, instead, we are being advised to offer better prices to our client's end clients, once identified. - Salary for relocated people stays low and doesn't match the target country financial standards, making you spend more than you can earn while abroad. - Severe lack of proper leadership - managers are just blindly following management directives to collect personals points. Nobody will have genuine care for helping you grow. The company must grow, not you. - You are expected to work from home after the office. If you start doing regular work time you will start having problems for lacking extra effort. - You are most likely to be punished if you express your sincere opinion on something that is different from the management's preference. - Employees are often being forced to write positive reviews on various web places in order to maintain the company rating high.

We are sorry to hear you are having negative experiences and don't feel comfortable in your environment. Every employee should feel encouraged, treated with respect and positive in their working environment. We imagine that these negative feelings you're experiencing are having an impact on the team as well. We invest a lot of time and energy to create and maintain a positive work environment where employees are encouraged to share their feedback and opinion, whether good or bad. Having that said, we feel deeply affected by reading that any of our employees is going through such difficult times in their job here. The company prides itself on growing our team members, without exclusion, while investing in opportunities for new graduates all the way to senior management. Our talent is the sole reason for our success, which is why we are focusing on training at all levels, reviewing our Total Compensation Philosophy around the globe and many other initiatives that take time to implement at the scale of our organization. We encourage you to come speak to POP so we can work together on helping you overcome the problems and challenges you are faced with.

We are proud of the inclusive, diverse, collaborative environment that we have built and continue to nurture across all the regions and countries we work in. In terms of your feedback on remote work, flexibility is a key part of our approach and we have several types of work models designed to meet both employees and business needs, while keeping productivity and efficiency on a high level and getting the work done. Thanks again for being part of Infobip and for helping us grow stronger together.

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
