Pros

The salary was better than average salaries for the same job in the country. The working environment is nice. There is a free coffee vending machine and a free food vending machine in the office, the working hours are standard, but you're allowed to take as many breaks as you need.

Cons

The worst part of working there were people in some departments. The company culture is in general absolutely horrible. Also, you're expected to work off-hours (which are sometimes paid sometimes not). There is an abundant amount of work and not nearly enough people to cover it all.

We have invested a lot of effort in building our company culture, especially in recent years as we have grown rapidly. As with any organisation, sometimes you find a match with the culture and sometimes not. What is important is that you are surrounded with people you enjoy to work with and share the same culture. We hope you managed to find that match yourself.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your positive remark on our our company culture. We are proud of the inclusive, diverse, collaborative environment that we have built and continue to nurture across all the regions and countries we work in. In terms of your feedback on remote work, flexibility is a key part of our approach and we have several types of work models designed to meet both employees and business needs, while keeping productivity and efficiency on a high level and getting the work done. Thanks again for being part of Infobip and for helping us grow stronger together.

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
