Pros

Excellent opportunities for recent graduates to work on bleeding edge technologies - you will definitely learn a lot here Among the world's leading mobile messaging providers and a very successful company with an interesting history The offices have good equipment, new computers and laptops, free fruit and coffee and other small but important perks, education and certification opportunities, and a good and stimulating working atmosphere (but this depends a lot on the team)

Cons

The salary and benefits are average, hard to get a promotion and/or raise Lots of mismanagement, micromanagement and politics, hard to get autonomy and influence decisions The senior and higher management should listen more to the employees and try to implement their suggestions

Thanks for your feedback. Recently we have established several channels for employees suggestions, already implemented some of them and are looking forward to introducing some more in the near future.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your positive remark on our our company culture. We are proud of the inclusive, diverse, collaborative environment that we have built and continue to nurture across all the regions and countries we work in. In terms of your feedback on remote work, flexibility is a key part of our approach and we have several types of work models designed to meet both employees and business needs, while keeping productivity and efficiency on a high level and getting the work done. Thanks again for being part of Infobip and for helping us grow stronger together.

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
