      Great place to work with an excellent, supportive team. I've had lots of opportunities to learn new skills and grow professionally.

      Cons

      Split between two offices at the moment (at least in Boulder), so occasional driving back and forth depending on what role you have.

      This company is full of some of the brightest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with, the type of people who raise you up to your highest potential.

      Cons

      The company has grown fast, and processes and procedures are a little behind on their maturity, but there are always opportunities for people to jump in and help develop those processes and procedures
