Applied online and was contacted by a senior technical recruiter to schedule a phone screen. The recruiter screen covered background, relevant experience, understanding of the quantum market, and logistics. The conversation was professional and substantive. After the call, I sent a thank-you email and followed up twice over the following weeks. I received no response and no update on next steps. No rejection, no timeline, no communication of any kind after the initial screen. The process simply went silent.
