      Amazing product to work on, some of the most intelligent people I've ever met work here, and the problem solving is always engaging and interesting.

      As the company grows and expands there's more and more corporate culture that seeps into daily life at the company.

      Pros

      - Great leadership - Helpful coworkers - People generally want to do the right thing and are pretty self-motivated

      Cons

      Like all entertainment companies that grew too big after the covid boost, there was a lot of churn, tons of hiring (that could/should have been internal promotions), and a bunch of wonderful people got overlooked/left behind and eventually left.
