      Potentially big Call of Duty bonuses, good pay

      Cons

      Very toxic leadership that relies on yelling, profanity, intimidation. The studio is run like a frat house, and you're either one of the boys club or you're not. Everything is about being bigger, louder, more badass. The bigger personalities lord over everyone else. Bonuses are dangled in front of you like carrots to keep you in line. Very definition of bro-culture.

      Pros

      - Great leadership - Helpful coworkers - People generally want to do the right thing and are pretty self-motivated

      Cons

      Like all entertainment companies that grew too big after the covid boost, there was a lot of churn, tons of hiring (that could/should have been internal promotions), and a bunch of wonderful people got overlooked/left behind and eventually left.
