      work from home sometimes, nothing else comes to mind

      Cons

      low raises, work 50 -60hours a week, no bonuses, low wages, offices are freezing and no equipment that is needed. no compensation for using personal internet, or work allowance for things when sent home for covid unexpected. and the 1% raise for 2023

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
