Pay is not terrible, and company has been increasing pay rates starting with lowest-paid employees
Cons
Poor lower and middle management in many departments Too focused on “capturing” more facilities (their word, not mine) rather than fixing issues Company is underhanded and nasty about changing the leadership when they take over a hospital Executive leadership will lie and gaslight you and do whatever they want
