4yWe’re sorry you didn’t feel the pay offered were adequate. We continuously look for ways to enhance our benefits for our team members. We recently rolled out a market-based pay model, made additional contributions to team members 401Ks when the organization performed well, and increased the incentive amount for participating in our wellness program. We are dedicated to our team members and strive to make improvements that benefit them.
