      Full time, benefits, average hospital, good people, fulfilling job

      Cons

      They are in the middle of a merger so our area is completely short on staff so the work load is much greater but it is not unmanageable or unbearable.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
