      Job security. The population continues to age and live longer.

      Cons

      We're focusing on the wrong things...Instead of increasing quality of care we're worried about a new dress code and other "look busy" items.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
