      Decent pay. Great vacation time.

      Non-supportive management. Harassment that HR won't deal with. Morale is continuously low. Yearly raises are nil.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
