      Pros

      IU Health has excellent management and they truly seem to care about their employees. The benefits that they offer their employees are very nice and PTO can be accrued as soon as you start working there (there is no wait period)

      Cons

      The opportunities for advancement within are not easy to come by. It seems like it is very difficult to get anyone to even look at your resume if you submit it via their IUH careers page online.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      Cons

      pay is low, increases are very small
