      The benefits at IU health are great for those with families. The environment is also great as well as the employees that already work here.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel like I could do a lot more. There are times I feel as if the work I am doing is unnoticed and under appreciated.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
