      Pros

      There are many opportunities for advancement and learning throughout 20 plus hospital system. Pay is competitive locally but we also set the market due to the high number of employees.

      Cons

      Medical Insurance per pay period for a family is over $350. There are certain departments within Clarian (IU Health) that are overworked and underappreciated.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
