      Bonus hours always available, tuition reimbursement & Healthcare benefits are excellent

      Cons

      Terrible management on some units, the management is unsupportive to night shift employees, HR allows managers to discipline selectively (depends on who you are), does not challenge the unethical behavior when management retaliates.
