Would not recommend - Patient Care Technician Indiana University Health Employee Review

Unsafe workload. 10-20 patients/PCT and the PCT is responsible for much of the care. Several of the nurses are disrespectful to PCTs. I was once literally running to a patient when a nurse stopped me and handed me a chapstick asking me to give it to a patient at the end of the hall I was running from. Management is awful to PCTs, like we are the scum under their shoes.
