      Hard to get things done with so much “red tape” and constant changes Layoffs are a scary time to work here Not a clear path of growth after they cut a lot of positions

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
