0 work life balance. They want slaves not employees. Force to work in 1pm to 10pm shift and that too work from office. Also force to come to office at 10am inspite of the fact that shift is from 1pm. The ceo is just a book seller and force the employees to buy books and offer official reimbursement. He's probably laundering the money behind this book scam.
