Horrendous company - Data Engineer Incedo Employee Review

1. No straightforward hiring process 2. Very hierarchical 3. Pay is so less, no benefits, terrible insurance plans 4. HR call on personal number for unimportant things 5. Forced to post linkedin updates 6. HR is an absolute joke 7. Not communicative at all 8. As a new hire, i reached out to many people for guidance and help. no one responded, ignored all my requests 9. Lot of Nepotism, HR doesnt know what they are doing, neither do their assistants. 11. HR was gloating about their university alum and then never spoke to me for months at a time.
