      The management is very receptive and helpful. Incedo has an abundance of learning opportunities and chances to grow your career. Even if you are not familiar with the tools on your project, the managers will make sure that you can hit the ground running.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
