1. The company believes in a hire-and-fire strategy to meet business objectives. 2. Management doesn't have a concrete plan for business growth and it mostly relies upon one or two major clients. 3. CEO Nitin Seth always keeps talking about his book at every forum and event. Everyone in management tries to please Nitin and satisfy his ego. CHRO herself doesn't have any work other than conducting mock interviews with Nitin Seth at every event organized by the company. 4. This year they have shut down 2 major projects and since then they have been firing people in groups. This year they have fired more than 15 people to date in Talent Acquisition including some senior folks. 5. Don't go on their Marketing and branding at Linked In and Facebook. They are financially very unstable.
