It is really hard to think of any pro in Incedo
Cons
1. Very Poor People at Director and other senior levels. 2. People have suddenly come up on top positions and lack the basic skills and capability for that position. 3. Worked with such people for a few months and got to know that only reference works in Incedo now and skill and hard work have no meaning left in this company. 4. People in senior positions will compete with Managers and Leads and try to derogate them at any cost. This is the scenario in Life Sciences in particular. 5. There is no team spirit in Incedo, especially in Life Sciences. 6. The work environment is so toxic that it feels like you are working in an office in the 70s where you need to be your senior's assistant and they will ask you to follow orders blindly and not apply your brains. 7. Your bosses will make up policies on their own to make you work endlessly when they will be sitting at home relaxing. 8. You will be asked to report to the office no matter how sick you are unless you are dead. 9. At times it feels like we are still in school with strict teachers. 10. The recruitment process, especially at very senior levels, is really questionable because people have been hired at top positions who have neither the skills, nor the attitude for such a position. They are misusing their power and demeaning people every single day. 11. To top that, they will force you to work from the office, even when the conditions are not good, just to satisfy their ego. 12. The infrastructure is so poor that you will fall sick for sure if you go to the office, especially in the Life Sciences department. 13. The facility is not suitable to host so many people, there is no parking, no cafeteria, pathetic food, and no space for people. Often you will see insects and reptiles coming out of your seats. 14. The notice period is 3 months however they only prefer immediate joiners. This is an epitome of hypocrisy this organization has roots deep. 15. You will never be valued and only politics has its way in Incedo.
