Pros
Company policies are improving and trying to meet world class level. Fare in terms of compensation . IT team is very reactive and efficient. Sales persons are mature enough. Company is helping alot to employees during covid situations.
Cons
Work life balance is needs to be improved. Lack of good leadership in middle and lower level. There is no family life in some of departments. You cannot say 'no' at any time to your manager. Processes are not good. Need lots of improvement, too much of manual work.
