      Only if you do not fall in to the bad team 1. Good work life balance. 2. Decent salary

      1. Managers and maximum STL, TL are technically incompetent. 2. It's all about politics. 3. Zero technical growth. 4. The way manager talks, you would be feeling like an animals or worst. 5. HRs are puppet of managers.
