Role Ambiguity - incorrect expectation settings at the time of hiring, leadership changed post I got hired. Tools and Technology - Most the work being done manually can be easily managed well using Systems. Timesheet tools, HR Systems etc. being not there or not upto mark. This is being worked on, waiting for the concrete action. Cabs not available in day shift.
