      >Process Oriented (wherever required) >Salary/Incentives on time without hassle >Environment - well it depends on the department you are in, overall its a nice work environment and culture ppl are nice and overall the vibes are positive >HR/ADMIN/IT they are really process oriented as well as flexible and understanding when required. > I find this company very good in terms of being job secured and growth wise its all onto you and your performance

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
