      Pros

      We get chance to work on different domains. Fast growing company. Good location. Good work environment. Many branches, so there is possibility of relocation. Bonus assured for average and above avg employees.

      Cons

      It is a services based company. If you are expecting product development environment, you may not get. As in any other service based companies, some teams may not be up to mark. Salaries are average to industry.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
