      No job security, short term projects, 14-16 hrs a day work expectations, overseas employee blame you for every dam things, you will be fire at any time with any reason, they won't give you full fnf amount.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
