Pros
They put a lot of emphasis on company culture. Not really sure that’s a pro given how everything else appears to be going badly, it’s like they prioritized how things look over effective strategizing. Office culture efforts up feeling like a pat on the head.
Cons
They’re clearly struggling and you will not make $$. Fully in office, outdated perspective regarding remote work. stale company culture reflecting what was trendy 20 years ago. Laid ppl off on the same day they moved into an expensive office. Doesn’t appear to be any foresight here. Also, very male dominated.
