      - Some of the people I worked with were great, genuinely nice people! - Nice office space

      Cons

      - No autonomy given whatsoever by Leadership - Archaic ways of thinking by management - Really dull office culture - Pay below market rate - A bit of a hire/ fire culture, revolving door of people - Certain members on the SLT really speak down to others who they see as "beneath" them (never seen this at any other business I've ever worked at) - Claim it's a fast paced environment, it's not, lots of conversations before actually getting anything done

      I thought the SHEIN warehouse was the worst warehouse in all of Wrocław, but no. It’s the absolute worst warehouse I’ve ever worked at. They have zero respect for you as an employee; they hate you and don’t want to work with you, simply because you’re from another country—they look down on you. I advise no one to ever work there. You’re better off working at DPD or DHL—the people and the team there are really great.
