Thanks for taking the time to review InPost on Glassdoor. We often seek feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost as this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here. We are sorry you felt that you haven't had the experience we strive to offer to all employees We're a fast scaling business and as such the workloads can at times, be demanding. We offset this by offering great packages, interesting work, growth and development opportunities. Our review process is structured to seek broad feedback to aid personal growth and development however, we understand that as a young business we haven't always had this structure in place and have had to work in a much more agile way, relying on feedback 'in the moment' to ensure employees and managers had the feedback needed to take the appropriate action. We do not expect any employee to work excessive hours and encourage anyone who feels their workload is becoming unmanageable to raise this with their manager so it can be promptly dealt with. Finally, we encourage open and honest feedback across this platform and within our business, and whilst we ask reviews of our employees we would never ask them to post something they believe not to be true. We do however recognise without your feedback we cannot improve so thanks for sharing, it is very much appreciated. We will continue to think about how we can embed a positive culture at work where every employee feels empowered to share feedback and contribute to its success.
