We’re sorry you felt that you had a negative experience although that you are positive about the people who you met during your time at InPost – we’re pleased that you recognise this as our dynamic culture and fabulous people are absolutely fundamental to our success. As you will be aware we’re a scaling business and are currently in hyper-growth stage – we offer interesting work, excellent opportunities to pioneer new products and services and learn on the job in an industry that we’re looking to shake up, but in return we have high standards and need to move at pace. Therefore, our business, does not suit everyone and as such have seen some people join us who are better suited to roles in other companies. We do however recognise without your feedback we cannot improve so thanks again, it is very much appreciated.
