Pros

Fully remote, but that can be a con when there are no team or company events, like here

Cons

All the negative comments above are true. I would not recommend for many reasons. No work/life balance, expectation from your manager to work ridiculous hours, no compensation or even recognition for that other than more work. No long term employee appreciation. No transparency from the leadership. In team meetings you can come across racist remarks that suppose to be funny?.. I have asked to bring the pay at market rate, have been hearing empty promises for a while. I've seen HR is trying to remedy some of the comments above, but it is quite funny to read it as in reality no one cares or does anything about it, You bring the matter to HR, and either get radio silence or some general statement that solves nothing. I have finally pulled the plug, and just cannot believe a. How fast I found a new job with 30% salary increase, and b. How different the other workplace is: respectful, caring management, work/life balance, adequate pay. It is not my style to write a negative comments, but work makes up the biggest part if your life, and it is important to have a good place to work. If my feedback can help someone make a right decision, it's a win.
