      - remote work - Flexible work - No office so fully remote (I know I repeated this but just doing it to meet 5 word minimum)

      Cons

      - Nepotism - No Career Growth - Very Low Pay - Little to no benefits - Toxic Co-Workers - Toxic Leadership - Rarely honor bonuses - Frequent Layoffs and Firings TL;DR: This is a terrible company stay away
