Pros

Not too many but you might get to travel to some tradeshows, upper management is ok,

Cons

You need to pay for your benefits out of pocket then get reimbursed, micro managed to death, training is terrible, it will take you up to 6 months to grasp everything, commission is horrid!! you will want to quit after seeing how much work you do and how much you get paid. Everyone is stressed. They might not say it because they don't want you to know. Only 2-3 sales reps are making 99% of the money there everyone else is bottom feeders.

Pros

Working with amazing people (IT, Copywriter, Data Analyst).

Cons

Reporting to someone who lied on their resume with no real life experiences. Management is a big joke. Absolutely no room to grow while having to deal with old marketing materials. This is a place where creative people go to kill their passion.

Pros

Easy to find parking. Non management level staff are great to work with

Cons

Poor Leadership. Not a very good place to work. Poor decision making on how to run a business. customer service team was often overworked and underpaid always under pressure to preform. Most of the leadership team stuck in old ways due to being there for a long amount of time. The management team does not help with a professional working environment lots of bias and favoritism. There's no where to advance in this company. I would not work here again.
