Most software developers at Scout are at least reasonably capable and motivated
Cons
Company conveys to be modern and motivated, but fails to deliver on almost all levels. They have a reputation of deterring good employees. Entire teams have left the company during my 1.5 yrs at the company. No clear career paths. A lot of dictation. Employees are ranked and rated arbitrarily. Some of the most important people in the company had to leave or have left. My advice: Stay clear of this company. At least as an Engineer there are much better places in Berlin.
