As we are growing rapidly, we work in a fast-paced environment

Day to day was fine. For the most part the people there were good, honest, hard-working people. There are no PIPs.

The CEO is all hat and no cattle. Says a bunch of things that try to make enthusiasm from the rank and file but it never goes anywhere. There is zero support from anyone at the executive level. The CEO consistently micromanages. The CEO is an ineffective leader and should get out of the way of the awesome talent in the organization. There are no PIPs, but there are RIFs all the time. You never know when you will be fired for no reason whatsoever. Toxic.
