I was referred in by a former co-worker. I had a phone interview with them (extremely informal), followed by an in person with the CEO. There was also an online assessment. Most positions today have 3-4 online interviews, a test, and 1 in-person meeting if possible.

Question 1
I remember that the CEO was interested on where I saw myself within the company, which was nice. It seemed like the company was growing fast and there are many opportunities, many of which are "someday" possibilities that don't exist yet. It seemed like there was a lot to do presently with a lot of opportunity coming fast.
Typical interview process. Asked usual interview questions and wasn't difficult. The hr manager was very nice and made the overall process comfortable. I did not get passed the first interview due to my lack of experience for the position. However, the experience was positive.
