      Pros

      Strong team, with diverse backgrounds, experience, and expertise. Strong client base that values our work, and partners closely with Ideba - professionally and in giving back (volunteering). Good work/life balance is attainable. Challenging, but interesting work. All wrapped up with strong culture, sense of purpose, and a genuine warmth and caring for each other. Innovative benefits package designed around employee needs and wants.

      Cons

      Wish we were able to spend more time together, and will make that a goal in the future!

      Everyone is super nice and very knowledgeable in the company and position. Company provides growth opportunities. Company culture is huge and everyone is super close. WFH is a plus too!

      No downsides are noted for Ideba.

      Pros

      I have always felt encouraged and supported at Ideba and have found it to be an excellent place to learn and grow. The people here are representative of a work culture that I so highly appreciate: funny, down-to-earth, team players, smart, caring, and hardworking. Strong emphasis on work-life balance as well.

      Cons

      Working for a smaller company like Ideba can be both a blessing and a challenge: you'll quickly take ownership of a wide range of tasks and projects. This autonomy has been great for me (though it might be daunting for others). Your days will be varied and dynamic- I can also guarantee you they'll always be quite full.
