Pros

It is very refreshing be on a team full of unique skill sets. From design and creative skills to market research and consulting skills, the team works very collaboratively to produce deliverables for clients. This teamwork allows you to be able to experience different viewpoints and skill-sets to the same work. I find that Ideba's company culture is based on building relationships and giving back. The relationships you build with team members and clients are genuine and personable. Not only are you recognized for your hard work within the company, Ideba also gives back to various non-profits and humanitarian initiatives. Being a part of a company that works hard both for the clients and for those in need is one of the main reasons why I enjoy working with Ideba.

Cons

Working remotely can sometimes affect your work-life balance. It is important for me to make sure I am carving out time in my day to take a break and have lunch, just like I would if I worked in an office.

Pros

Ideba is made up of a diverse group of individuals, all bringing unique experience and skills to the table. Everyone works together seamlessly to create high-quality work while contributing to a positive company culture focused around customer service. Work-life balance is easily achieved thanks to the President's genuine care for the all of the employees. I began as an intern and was quickly immersed into the company and immediately made to feel part of the team. Quarterly meetings keep engagement high and hard work is always recognized.

Cons

Depending on working style, remote work can be challenging but quarterly meetings are great for spending time with the team and close-knit working relationships easily develop.
