Thank you for sharing your thoughts and helping us understand where we can improve. We are so glad that you are enjoying the opportunities to work with the world’s most iconic brands, employee friendly environment and lots of perks and benefits. We strive to be equitable while distributing work, but sometimes it can be difficult given the current pandemic to manage work and home life. We have been working on a lot of employee initiatives and benefits to ensure balance in workload. We do not encourage office politics at any levels. If you have observed any, please reach out to your HRBP.

Pros

My journey with Icertis has been nothing short of extraordinary. I left the company and returned after gaining an even deeper appreciation for the incredible people, vibrant corporate culture, and promising market opportunities. I continue to witness Icertis transform from an early-stage startup to a more mature, global market leader.

Cons

The work environment can be fast-paced and demanding, but I've seen similar expectations in other high-tech companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and multiple Services providers.

Pros

There are very few pros to working for Icertis. They used to offer free lunch in the offices but that has discontinued.

Cons

Beware of any company that talks about their values. In the case of Icertis, they say its FORTE: Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork, and who knows what that last one is. I can’t even recall because fairness / openness / teamwork / respect are NOT part of the real experience of working here. Icertis isn’t a train that’s going off the rails. It’s a train that went off the rails, fell into a river, and claimed it’s been a submarine this whole time. There is no driver; EVERYONE says they’re steering. There is no direction; EVERYTHING is what we are doing. The whole experience here has soured me on tech. The management, the executives, the dark cloud that hangs over the place. You look around and you see that nobody is happy.
