Pros
Gym, yoga, and massages help keep me relaxed and rejuvenated, and there are plenty of beautiful roads and trails to run/walk on. Operations does a good job of planning events and socials. No open workspace yet doesn't feel confining in the cubicles. No abundance of snacks, which I consider a pro since I would overeat if there were.
Cons
Upper management needs to provide transparency into (1) various business decisions made that change the company's trajectory (2) just their presence, even to new hires. No provided breakfast/lunch items (not even sandwich materials).
