Communication is horrible you have too search for answers Quality is poor with almost no training Management only cares about themselves and never do anything for the employees Raises are non-existent will not pay you for what you do in any position unless Process and up, operators, assemblers and material handlers and quality inspectors get roughly same pay. Hard Work is not appreciated, only bad work is noticed off shift support is very limited. Constantly going through operators and management team Always switching up the process due too lack of management knowledge of the job No supplies
