Pros

Good beginner office and facilities management position

Cons

Their systems looked like they were from the late 90's and were difficult and annoying to run. I was promised a minimum of 15 hours a week to start, but also promised a full time position was opening up soon. Which was untrue. Communication between management and team members was dismal.

While my overall experience at the company has been positive, there is one notable challenge that could possibly affect long‑term stability: the dependence on client contracts. If a major contract ends or a client’s needs shift, there is a certain degree of uncertainty. This reliance isn’t uncommon in our industry, but it does highlight the importance of building strong client relationships to provide more consistent long‑term stability.
