Pros

the only pro was the company i was contracted to work for cared about my team and included as into their environment as family

Cons

IST has poor review systems, they encourage you not to give your employees good reviews, they are not supportive and do not really seem to care it is hard as a manager to motivate employees so turnover was a big problem. their "star" program is a mess and leaves the best managers left to constantly train other sites employees
