Pros
- work/life balance is rewarding - not micromanaged although daily reports on activity are sent 7 days a week - great training to prepare you to be in the field - weekly team call with CEO to let him know the work you're putting in / successes or struggles - constant changes to keep positive culture (increase in PTO being the most recent) - marketing tools are the best I've seen in my sales career - supportive mentors/management - privately held company and growing rapidly
Cons
- base could be higher - benefits are a bit pricey if going through the company (but 401k and benefits are offered which is great) - car allowance is much lower than the average package of an outside sales rep - parking and tolls are not covered as a business expense unless traveling outside of your territory
