      Pros

      Family - Friends - Pride - Purpose - Diversity. I really love working at Ipsen, can be a challenge at times, stressful too, but in a healthy way. I know why I need to work hard and it can be very rewarding. Personally, I can see myself here for a long time, 8 years so far :).

      Cons

      I find that the speed in which "change" is happening is too slow. There are some ideas (from all levels and areas of the Business) that are phenomenal. Company-Changing-Ideas...!!! But, it could take so long for these ideas to be heard, that the spark fizzles out, and nothing may get done with it ("In time"). It can be really dis-engaging to see. I'd love to see that improve.

      Pros

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      Pros

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
