Pros

Great employees. The flex schedule, which went away for the most part in the summer of 2014 was a huge bonus. My job was mostly stress-free.

Cons

Contracts might not get renewed and you could lose your job. Raises were slashed to 1.5% maximum; raises based on your annual review. 45-50 points would be the 1.5% for an extraordinary employee. I think 40-44 was 1.25% and 30-39 was 1%. Why kill yourself for an extra 0.5% when just do your job and you'd get 1%? Promotions were rare, too.

Pros

The work we do is positive and meaningful.

Cons

IPRO refuses to increase our salaries to meet inflation. There is no true growth financially unless you are promoted (doesnt happen often). The merit increases are pennies every year; its impossible to get above 2% no matter how hard you work. They are also creating chaos and tension between staff and upper management by micromanaging. It used to be a great place to work but there morale is poor these days. IPRO would have a better understanding of their product if they tried to make their employees happy and actually listen to them. 1/2 the company is applying elsewhere.
